If a communication error or an internal error of the communication module or the
regenerative power supply module occurs or is acknowledged (e.g. "trouble"), an error
message is sent on the system bus. For every error, the telegram is sent once. Bit 31 can be
used to activate or deactivate this function.

Time which must elapse after the transmission of an error message (

The entered value multiplied by 0.1 gives the delay time in [ms]. The values are
automatically rounded up to whole values in [ms].
