2-22 Basic Configuration
Example
This example shows how to clear the message of the day banner to a blank string:
D2(rw)->clear banner motd
show version
Use this command to display hardware and firmware information. Refer to “ Downloading a
Firmware Image ” on page 2‐33 for instructions on how to download a firmware image.

Switch command, read‐only.
