After creating a notification filter, attach it to a notification recipient in the
SNMPv1,2 Notification Recipients pages.
To add a notification filter:
1 Click System > SNMP > Notification Filter in the tree view to display
the Notification Filter: Summary page.
2 The OIDs of the selected filter are displayed.
3 If required, the notification filter type can be changed by selecting one of
the following options:

Excluded — OID traps or informs will not be sent.
– Included — OID traps or informs will be sent.
4 To add a new notification filter, click Add.
5 In addition to the fields described in the Summary page, enter the fields:
– Filter Name (1-30 Characters) — Enter the notification filter name.
– New Object Identifier Tree — Check to specify the device feature
OID included or excluded in the selected SNMP view.

Select from List — Select the device feature OID by using the Up
and Down buttons to scroll through a list of all device OIDs.
or:

Object ID — Specify the device feature OID.
– Filter Type — Select whether the defined OID branch will be
Included or Excluded in the selected SNMP view.
