13 Web Utilities Setting
13.1 Web Utilities Outlines
When the machine is connected with a PC over a network, the web browser activated on the PC provides
the following functions.

Follow the procedure below to access the Web Utilities of the machine using the web browser.
NOTICE
Web Utilities windows to be displayed on a PC monitor vary depending on whether or not the machine is
equipped with Paper Feeder Unit (with scanner) PF-705. The windows used here for description are those
for the machine equipped with Paper Feeder Unit (with scanner) PF-705.
Setting items
Volume Track setting Make the account track settings concerning the Administrator Setting us-
ing the web browser on a PC, instead of using the touch panel or the con-
trol panel.
Remote Panel Setting/Job
History Setting Control the machine and monitor the current state of the machine using
your web browser.
Scan transmission setting Register an email address to send scanned image data, using the web
browser instead of the administrator settings on the touch panel or the
control panel of the machine.
Setting data Import/Export Transmit the setting data from the machine to a PC (export) using the web
browser, then return the data to the machine (import).
Job History List Display the job history list of the machine using the web browser on a PC.
To use the job history list, Hard Disk Kit HD-514 is required.
Billing Counter It becomes available when you perform settings for the billing counter on
the main body. The counter is displayed even without having applied the
settings, but the counter data does not reflect the actual value.
