Execute the desired adjustment selected from Gamma Automatic Adjustment, Color Registration Automatic
Adjustment, Toner Refresh Mode, and Fusing Refresh Mode.
NOTICE
These four adjustments are the same as those of [02/03 Administrator Setting] - [01 System Setting] - [04/05
Expert Adjustment] - [05/08 Execute Adjust Operation] to be accessed from the Utility Menu Screen.

Press [Adjustment] on the Machine Screen to display the Adjustment Menu Screen.

Press [02 Execute Adjust Operation].

Select the key of the desired adjustment.
Multiple selections are available.

Press [OK], then press [Exit] on the Adjustment Menu Screen. After exiting the Adjustment Menu
Screen, the machine starts the adjustment operation.
% To cancel the operation, press [Cancel]. The Adjustment Menu Screen will be restored.
Key Function
[Gamma Automatic Adj.] Make this adjustment when color reproducibility is poor in the whole
output.
[Color Registration Adj.] Make this adjustment when misalignment of YMC is found in com-
paring the original and the output during successive output opera-
tions.
[Toner Refresh Mode] Make this adjustment when output images show the following de-
fective conditions.
Grainy images
Random small spots
Small round white spots
[Fusing Refresh Mode] Make this adjustment when lines caused by paper edges appear in
the image printed on paper wider than a paper size that has been
continuously used before. However, repeated refreshing operations
may result in fine, glossy lines on output images.
