12.7 [Scan] Tab
The [Scan] tab provides the settings on scanning functions of the machine.
NOTICE
The [Scan] tab will not be displayed for the machine without Paper Feeder Unit (with scanner) PF-705,
which means that scanner settings are unavailable.
12.7.1 Subject
Click [Subject] on the menu of [Scan] tab to display this page.
This setting can be made also from the Utility Menu Screen - Scan Address Register - E-mail Title Setting on
the machine. For further details of the settings, see the User's Guide - Network Scanner (IC-601).
This page allows you to edit or delete the subject of e-mail. You can also specify the default subject if [E-mail
Default Select] is enabled in [Scanner Settings].

Click the radio button of the subject to be edited in the Subject List.

Click [Edit] in the same row.

Enter a new subject in the "Subject" text box. Up to 20 alphanumeric characters and symbols can be
entered.

Click [OK]. Clicking [Cancel] will cancel the setting.

Click [OK] on the setting complete page.
