Account Track Registration

Click [New Registration] to register a new account, or click [Edit] for the desired account name to edit
the data already registered. Select a range of numbers from the drop-down list, and then click [Go] to
display the registration list of the selected range.

Enter the registration number. Available range is from 1 to 1000. You cannot enter the number when
editing a former entry.

Enter the account name. Up to 8 alphanumeric characters can be entered. You cannot enter the name
when [Password Only] is specified for [Account Track Input Method].

Enter the password. Up to 8 alphanumeric characters can be entered. Enter the password again.

Enter the desired name. Up to 20 alphanumeric characters and symbols can be entered.
[Name] is provided only as a note for the administrator so can be skipped. Entered [Name] will be dis-
played only here and on the screen to be accessed from the Utility Menu Screen by pressing [02/03
Administrator Setting] - [04 User Auth./Account Track].

Select the functions to be available for the registered account.
When limiting the total allowance of the account, select [Enable] from the drop-down list, then enter the
total count within the range of 1 to 99999999.
NOTICE
Copy and Scan settings of Function Permission will not be displayed for the machine without Paper
Feeder Unit PF-705.

Click [OK]. Click [Cancel] to cancel the setting and clear the specified information.

Click [OK] on the setting complete page.
