% Press [OK] to complete the setting.

Make the selection for [Usable Function].
[Usable Function] is to be displayed on the machine mounted with Hard Disk Kit HD-514.
% Press [Copy], [Scan], [Printer], or [HDD Hold] on the right side of [Usable Function] to select the func-
tions to be available to the user. The default for this setting is made in [01 Management Setting]. See
page 10-95 for details.

Press [IC Card Registration] to register an IC card.
% Press [IC Card Registration] to display the IC Card Registration Screen. Press [Reg./Update] to dis-
play the IC Card Information Registration Screen. Hold an IC card over Authentication Unit (IC
Card Type) AU-201 connected to the main body. The Account Track Registration Screen will be
restored, and the display on the right side of [IC Card Information] will change from [Unregistered]
to [Registered].
% To register a new IC card, also press [Reg./Update] and hold the IC card over the authentication
unit.
% To delete the registered information of the new IC card, press [Delete]. A confirmation dialog will be
displayed. Press [OK] to delete the former information and restore the display [Unregistered] on the
right side of [IC Card Information].
