Follow the procedure on page 10-3 to display the User Setting Menu Screen.

Press [02 Common Setting].

Make the desired selection for each item on the left side area of the screen.
% This setting screen has 4 pages to go through. Use [Next] or [Previous] to scroll.
% Selecting [ON] for [Offset by Job Unit] will display the Offset by Job Unit Screen. Use the touch panel
keypad to specify the number of jobs to be offset, then press [OK]. Available range is from 1 to
9,999.
% Pressing [Change] of [Center Crop Mark Trim Margin] will display the Center Crop Mark Trim Margin
Screen. Use the touch panel keypad to specify the desired trim margin, then press [OK]. Available
range is from 0.0 to 20.0 mm.
% Pressing [Partition Paper] of [Offset Output Mode] will display the Insertion Tray Setting Screen. Se-
lect the desired tray key, then press [OK].

Press [OK] to complete the setting.
% To cancel the change, press [Cancel]. In either case, the User Setting Menu Screen will be restored.
