Using User Authentication and Account Track separately

This system configuration is suitable for tracking multiple use of the machine distributed to each project
group when the machine is shared with multiple employees. With this setup made, the machine allows you
to maintain the statistics on each project group (each account). This also suggests that the statistics can be
maintained on each project group (each account) even when two different employees (User 1 and User 2) are
involved in the same project.

To manage the machine use as described above, the following settings are required in Authentication Meth-
od.

[ON]

Enables the use of IC cards in authentication.
[ON] becomes available when [ON (MFP)] is selected
for User Authentication. Even if you select [OFF] for
User Authentication, [ON] is also selectable when you
select [Manage] for Account Track.
Selecting [Manage] for Account Track also allows you

count Track, [ON] is also selectable when you select
[ON (MFP)] for User Authentication.
Selecting both [ON (MFP)] for User Authentication and
[Manage] for Account Track not only allows you to se-
lect [ON] for IC Card, but also selects [Synchronize]

this setting made, the authentication will be based on
user passwords, account names, or account pass-
words.
