User Registration

Click [New Registration] to register a new user, or click [Edit] for the desired user name to edit the data
already registered. Select a range of numbers from the drop-down list, and then click [Go] to display
the registration list of the selected range.

Enter the registration number. Available range is from 1 to 1000. You cannot enter the number when
editing a former entry.

Enter the user name. Up to 64 alphanumeric characters and symbols can be entered.

Enter the user password. Up to 64 alphanumeric characters can be entered. Enter the user password
again.

Specify an account name for the user. Click [Search from List].

Click the radio button of the desired account name on the list, then click [OK].

Select the functions to be available for the registered user.
NOTICE
Copy and Scan settings of Function Permission will not be displayed for the machine without Paper
Feeder Unit PF-705.

Click [OK]. Click [Cancel] to cancel the setting and clear the specified information.

Click [OK] on the setting complete page.
