73 Jobs having inconformity in paper settings
should be handled by selecting either of
the following:
•
Suspend printing to check the job hav-
ing inconformity.
• Save the job having inconformity onto
an HDD temporarily so as not to stop
the next job to be output.
Off: Suspend printing
On: Stop printing and save the job onto
an HDD temporarily
Important
When On is selected, the machine tem-
porarily saves the job only under the fol-
lowing conditions:
•
Normal printing or spool printing is
specified.
• PS Plug-in driver is used.
• PageScope Direct Print is used.
Important
When selecting On and printing with
banners, banner pages are not printed.
74/75 When converting color images of a Micro-
soft Office application by gray component
replacement, they may not be converted
due to errors in RGB values and treated as
color images.
To solve this problem, an allowance range
should be set for the error which deter-
mines R=G=B. An allowance range for R=G=B can be
specified.
74/75 = Off/Off: ±0
74/75 = On/Off: ±3
74/75 = Off/On: ±5
74/75 = On/On: ±10
78 A selection should be allowed for JDF ap-
plications to be "Printgroove POD
Queue/EQUIOS" or "Apogee" because
they have different communication for-
mats. Options:
Off: Printgroove POD Queue/EQUIOS
On: Apogee
80 The Image Shift function provided to
switch 62 should also be applied to PS
jobs. Images can be shifted with RIP to avoid
any loss.
Options:
Off: Not perform Image Shift with RIP
On: Perform Image Shift with RIP

Switch 62 needs to be set to On.
• The setting is not reflected when PS
Plug-in driver is used.
• Only the front side setting of Page-
Scope Direct Print is effective; the
back side setting is ineffective.
• Not guaranteed for mixed-size origi-
nals or finishing functions.
81 Setting whether CMYK is processed as
"Auto Color" or "Full Color" should be al-
lowed in the application "Apogee. Options:
Off: Process CMYK as Auto Color
On: Process CMYK as Full Color
