Click the radio button of the subject to be deleted from the Subject List.

Click [Delete] in the same row.

Click [OK]. Clicking [Cancel] will cancel the setting.

12.7.2 Text
Click [Text] on the menu of [Scan] tab to display this page.
This setting can be made also from the Utility Menu Screen - Scan Address Register - E-mail Text Setting on
the machine. For further details of the settings, see the User's Guide - Network Scanner (IC-601).
This page allows you to edit or delete the body text of e-mail. You can also specify the default text if [E-mail
Default Select] is enabled in [Scanner Settings].

Click the radio button of the text to be edited in the Text List.

Click [Edit] in the row of the selected subject.

Enter a new text in the "Text" text box. Up to 256 alphanumeric characters and symbols can be entered.

Click [OK]. Clicking [Cancel] will cancel the setting.

Click [OK] on the setting complete page.
