Creating a VLAN
To create a new port-based or tagged VLAN, perform the following
procedure. Before you create a VLAN, you may want to set the VLAN
mode for a switch. See Setting the Switch’s VLAN Mode on page 529.
1. From the Home Page, select Configuration.
The Configuration System page is displayed with the General tab
selected by default, as shown in Figure 155 on page 434.
2. From the Configuration menu, select the Layer 2 option.
The Layer 2 page is displayed with the MAC Address tab selected
by default, as shown in Figure 204 on page 541.
3. Select the VLAN tab.
The VLAN tab is shown in Figure 195.

4. In the Port Based VLANs section, click Add.
