Allow Any Station
Click this option to allow any SNMP manager to access the switch.
When you click this option, a warning message appears on the
screen. Click OK to continue.

Manager IP Address1 through Manager IP Address 8
Enter an IP Address of a switch that is permitted SNMP manager
access to the current switch. You can enter up to 8 Manager IP
Addresses.

Trap Receiver IP Address 1 through Trap Receiver IP Address 8
Use the above selections to specify the IP addresses of up to 8 trap
receivers on your network that can receive traps from the switch.

5. Click Apply to update the SNMP page.

Deleting an

SNMP

Community

To delete an existing SNMP community, perform the following
procedure:

1. From the Home Page, select Configuration.

The Configuration System page is displayed with the General tab
selected by default, as shown in Figure 155 on page 434.

2. Select the SNMP tab.

The SNMP tab is shown in Figure 158 on page 445.

3. To remove an SNMP community from the list of communities on the

SNMP page, click on the circle next to the community name and click
Remove.

A warning message is displayed. Click OK to remove the SNMP
community.

4. Click Apply to update the SNMP page.

To save your changes, return to the General tab and click Save
Changes
. The changes you made are saved to the switch.

Displaying the

SNMP

Communities

To display the SNMP communities, perform the following procedure:

1. From the Home page, select Monitoring.

The Monitoring System page is displayed with the General tab
selected by default, as shown in Figure 157 on page 442.

2. Select the SNMP tab.
