System Environment Examples
shows the locations of databases for a host and three target systems. There
are four logical targets: one on each system, including the host. In this example:
Each database is on its default volume ($DSMSCM).
The host database and the database for the logical target on the host system
(\SYSA) are maintained on the host system.
The database for Target 2 is on the Target 2 system (system \TARGB).
The database for Target 4 is on the Target 4 system (system \TARGD), as required
for all target systems that are not network connected to the host system.
