Reinitializing DSM/SCM
2. Designate volumes to be used as scratch on this target system. See
Target Volume Usage (ZPHITMI and ZPHIHMI)
3. Add operators and database administrators for this target system. See
Security for Target Database Administrators (ZPHITMI)
Task 3: Configure the Target Database
Task 3.1: Update the Target System Profile

Run the ZPHITMI:
> Volume $DSMSCM.ZDSMSCM
> RUN STARTSCM
> RUN ZPHITMI

Log on to the ZPHITMI.
Enter dsmscm-user-id,
password, and press F1

Select System Maintenance.

If physical target system, enter target System Name.
If host system, enter host System Name
