Utility Server (US)
The Utility Server runs as a host and target dynamic server class. Its major functions
are:

Exporting files from the archive

Creating reports

Exporting softdocs and release docs for viewing and printing
Interface Servers
These components perform database inquiries, by means of the Database Manager, to
retrieve information such as status or a list of software revisions requested using the
Planner Interface, the Maintenance Interface, or the Target Interface.
Object Manager (OM)
The Object Manager is a host static server class. It is the interface server into
DSM/SCM for the Planner Interface. It is also the interface server into DSM/SCM for
the remote target system.
MISERVER
The MI Server is a host and target dynamic server class. It is the interface server into
DSM/SCM for the Maintenance Interface.
TISERVER
The TI Server is a host and target dynamic server class. It is the interface server into
DSM/SCM for the Target Interface.
