The default is to configure the system as a host.

Winsock or RSC?
Winsock is the default. Use the default. INITENV then
asks you to provide this information:
Volume for SERVICES and PORTCONF files
Host Database Volume
The default volume is $DSMSCM. Use the default or
specify the name of the volume that contains the
host database. The volume must be audited by TMF.

IP Port Number?
The default IP port is 1089. The location of the Winsock
SERVICES and PORTCONF files, and the IP port
number to use. If you do not use the default, you must
use an unused number between 1025 and 65535.
