Setting Output Options
DSM/SCM displays the Output Options dialog box:
2. Change these output options as needed:

Activation Package/Snapshot Location on page 9-15 (tape or disk).

Output Location for Target Reports on page 9-17

Target Volume for New Subvolumes on page 9-17. Primary and alternate
names of the target system volume where new TSVs are placed when
DSM/SCM applies new software.

Guardian Default for New Files on page 9-17. Ownership and security for new
files placed on the target system (You cannot use DSM/SCM to change the
security of existing files.)

Adding Files to the Activation Package on page 9-17. You can indicate whether
certain template and declaration files are included in the activation package
3. When you have finished making all changes, click OK.
Activation Package/Snapshot Location
The location (disk or tape) you choose depends on how the host and target systems
are connected. To change the output location for the activation package and snapshot:
1. From the Output Options dialog box, select a tape drive or disk drive.
WARNING. Clearing an option removes the existing files from the system.
