Target Profile
Updating theTarget Profile (Planner Interface)
To update the profile information for a logical target:
1. Log on to the Planner Interface.
2. From the Configuration Revisions window, select the target configuration. For a
new target, the name has the form:
\system_name DEFAULT
3. Select Maintain>Target maintenance>

To add system profile information, select Add.

To change system profile information, including to activate or deactivate OSS
file management, select Modify.

To delete system profile information, select Delete.
DSM/SCM displays the Target Information dialog box.
4. Add or change the description of the target as needed. A brief description of the
logical target helps users distinguish it from other logical targets. There is no
default description.
5. To enable or disable DSM/SCM management of OSS files, select or clear the
Manage OSS Files check box.
6. Change the output and target system generation defaults as necessary:
