20.6.21 Scrollbar
The scrollbar element can be used to modify the value of a variable (or vice versa). The
slider position will correspond to the value of an assigned variable within a defined
value range.
The user can move the slider in online mode by clicking on the slider and then moving
it by moving the mouse - or alternatively by clicking on one of the arrow symbols on
the scrollbar, whereby each mouse-click will move the slider (and thus the variable
value) by 1 in the respective direction: If the slider is moved to the right resp. up, the
value will be increased, if the slider is moved to the left resp. down, the value will be
decreased.

A vertical or horizontal display of the scrollbar can be reached by a respective shaping
of the element (see 'Insert' 'Scrollbar').
