this format:

dst_mac_address
Specifies a destination MAC address.The format is the same as
the source MAC address.
wildcard_mask
Specifies a wildcard mask for the MAC address. The format is in
hexadecimal in this format:
XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX
The “X” variable can be “0” or “F.”
vid
Specifies the VLAN ID of a receiving packet.
src_ip_address
Specifies a source IPv4 address.
