IP IGMP SNOOPING MROUTER INTERFACE
Syntax
ip igmp snooping mrouter interface port_ids
Parameter
port_ids
Specifies a port ID or multiple port IDs. Use a comma (,) to
separate port IDs and a hyphen (-) to indicate a range of port IDs.
Mode
Global Configuration mode
Description
Use this command to manually specify ports that are connected to
multicast routers. To specify a trunk group, specify the individual port
members of a trunk group instead of port trunk IDs. For example, if the
port trunk “sa1” consists of ports 1.0.1 to 1.0.5, specify member ports
“port1.0.1-port1.0.5” instead of “sa1.”
To reactivate auto-detect, remove all static multicast router ports. See “NO
IP IGMP SNOOPING MROUTER INTERFACE” on page 433.

Example
This example identifies ports 1.0.14 and 1.0.15 as multicast router ports:
