Solicitation
Address Interface/
IP address - Address to which a client should send router solicitation requests.
Length: 4 octets

Route Interface/
IP address
pairs - Static routes that a client will install in its routing cache. If multiple routes to the
same destination are specified, they are listed in descending order of priority.
Routes consist of a list of IP address pairs: the first is the destination address,
the second is the router for the destination. The default route 0.0.0.0 is an
illegal destination for a static route.
Length: 8-octet minimum; multiples of 8
