Example
This example changes the frequency which IGMP host‐query messages are sent to 3 minutes:

ip igmp query-max-response-time
This command configures the maximum response time advertised in IGMP queries.
Syntax
ip igmp query-max-response-time seconds
Syntax of the “no” Form
The no form of this command sets this response time to the default:
no ip igmp query-max-response-time

Example
The following example sets a maximum response time of 8 seconds:

ip igmp querier-timeout
This command sets the timeout period before the XSR takes over as the querier for the interface
after the previous querier has stopped querying.

ip igmp querier-timeout seconds
Syntax of the “no” Form
The no form of this command sets this response time to the default value:
no ip igmp querier-timeout
seconds
Maximum response time advertised in IGMP queries.
seconds
Interval the XSR waits after the previous querier has stopped querying
and before it takes over as the querier, ranging from 2 to 65535 seconds.
