Static ARP Number
Each Static ARP Number must be unique and range from 1 to 255. The Static
ARP Number must be associated with a Circuit Number configured in the Circuit
Configuration menu shown in IP Router Parameters Screen on page 291. If the
associated circuit is a LAN circuit, the MAC address must be configured. If it is a
WAN circuit, the DLCI number must be configured.
Enable This Static ARP
To enable this ARP Table entry, set this to Yes. The default value is Yes.
Associated Circuit Number
This value is fixed to the Circuit Number chosen before.
IP Address of Device
This is the IP Address of the Device to add in the ARP Table. See Table 18-1 on
page 295 for reserved and available IP addresses.
MAC Address
This is the MAC address that must be configured for a LAN circuit.
DLCI Number
This is the DLCI number that must be configured for a WAN circuit.
