X.25 Layer 3

Line
Module
This field indicates the line module number of the port being displayed. Entering a
different line module number and pressing F10 transfers the program to the same
port on the new line module.
Port
The port field indicates the number of the port being displayed. A different port
may be selected by entering its number here and pressing F10.
Packet
Size
The packet size represents the maximum number of data bytes that are contained
in a data packet. When connecting to a network (PDN), the vendor supplies the
required packet size. When communicating using a leased line between two
TXPORT units, set the Packet Size to 256. The selections are 64, 128, 256, 512,
and 1024.
Restart Request
Timer
This timer represents the time, in seconds, the unit will wait after sending a restart
request packet before declaring the port off-line. The selections are 1 to 255, 20.
Call Request
Timer
The value in this field is the time, in seconds, the unit waits after sending a call
request before sending a clear request. The selections are 1 to 255, 20.
Reset Request
Timer
The value in this field is the time, in seconds, the unit waits after sending a reset
request before declaring a channel failure. The selections are 1 to 255, 20.
