Device Inoperational Timer
This parameter specifies the inactivity timer, in seconds, on a secondary port. If the
secondary port does not receive a Receiver Ready frame for any Device on the port
for more than this timeout period, the link is considered down. For primary ports,
it is the delay between the link setup sequence for an interoperational device. The
selections are a decimal 1 to 255, 60.

Postpone Timer
The postpone timer indicates the delay, in seconds, a receiving channel waits
before issuing a Receiver Ready (RR) message in case a data frame becomes
available to carry the acknowledgment of the received data message (This
parameter is a special control; it is not part of standard SDLC.). A value of zero
disables the function and a RR frame is sent on receipt of each data frame. The
selections are decimal 0 to 255, 1.
Keep Message
This parameter specifies to keep the message even if the logical connection is lost between
two Device (This parameter is a special control; it is not part of standard SDLC.). The
selections are Y (yes) and N (no).
