DTR Dial Backup

When set to Yes, this port is used as an alternate backup port. When the main
frame relay port goes down, all logical connections are rerouted to this backup port
if there is an alternate endpoint configured. This backup port then raises the DTR
to open a switched connection like ISDN or Switched 56-kbps service. As soon as
the main port goes on-line again, the switched connection is broken. The selections
are Yes and No.
