Titration rate
Titration rate
Three predefined rates, for which the parameters for Control are not dis-
played, can selected for the titration rate. The User setting must be selected
in order to be able to edit these parameters.
Selection
50 µL/min | 100 µL/min | 500 µL/min | User
Default value
100 µL/min

Note
Will be displayed only if the User option is selected in the Titration
rate list box.
Dynamics pH
The control range defines the measured value range before the given control
point. It has a decisive influence on the titration rate and thus also on the
accuracy. The dosing is also monitored by the Min. rate within the control
range. The nearer the control point, the slower the dosing takes place until
the Min. rate has been reached. The larger the control range, the slower
the titration. Outside the control range, dosing proceeds continuously at the
Max. rate.

Max. rate
Rate at which dosing is carried out outside of the Control range. The max-
imum dosing rate depends on the cylinder volume of the exchange unit or
dosing unit used. The following rule of thumb should be used as a starting
point for parameterization: Max. rate in mL/min = 0.005 • Expected rate
of reaction in µL/min.
