NTAK09 LED states during self-test

Power up system
Top five LEDs light for eleven seconds.
Self-test in progress
Top five LEDs go out for one second.
If the self-test passes, the top five LEDs flash
on and off three times.
If the self-test detects a partial failure, the top
five LEDs flash on and off five times.
When the self-test is completed, the LEDs are
set to their appropriate states.
NTAK20 power on self-test
The clock controller daughterboard LED is the second LED from the
bottom on the faceplate of the NTAK09 DTI/PRI card.
When power is applied to the NTAK20 clock controller, the LED is initially
off for two seconds. If the self-test passes, the LED turns red and flashes
on and off twice.
When the self-test is completed, the LED remains red until the clock
controller is enabled. When enabled, the clock controller LED either turns
green or flashes green.
The clock controller daughterboard LED is the second LED from the
bottom on the faceplate of the NTAK09 DTI/PRI card.

NTAK93 self-test
The NTAK93 DCHI daughterboard LED is the bottom LED on the faceplate
of the NTAK09 DTI/PRI card.
The NTAK93 DCHI daughterboard does not perform a self-test when
power is applied to it. When power is applied, it turns red and remain
steadily lit, indicating the DCH is disabled. When the DCH is enabled, the
LED turns green and remains steadily lit.
