Section 10 — Pre Roll Take Feature
Pre Roll Take Operation
The Pre Roll Take button is located below the bus buttons in the Source
Control section of the Maestro Control panels. ( Figure 322 )

The current Pre Roll Duration will appear in the Pre Roll window, which is
above the
Pre Roll Take button ( Figure 323 on page 419 ). For example, “2:00”
is used in the example shown above in Figure 322 . If the Pre Roll duration
has not been set, either in the GPIO Definition table or by using the Source
Assignment sub-panel, then “0:00” will be displayed in the Pre-roll time
display.

Performing a Pre Roll Take
Follow these steps to perform a Pre Roll take:
Press the Pre Roll Take button. This button will then turn red ( Figure 324 )
until the source transition begins.
