Execute command causes the mobile equipment to return the AT commands that the user can use, in the
following format:

Mobile Equipment Errors
Report Mobile Equipment Error +CMEE
Set command enables or disables the report of result code:
+CME ERROR:
as an indication of an error relating to the +Cxxx commands issued.
When enabled, device related errors cause the +CME ERROR: final result code instead of the default ERROR
final result code. ERROR is always returned when the error message is related to syntax, invalid parameters, or
DTE function.
Read command returns the current value of subparameter :
+CMEE:
Test command returns the range of values for subparameter
