Write Message to Memory #CMGW
For both PDU mode and text mode, Execute command writes a new message in the
Test command returns the OK result code.

Parameters and Values for PDU Mode

PDU in hexadecimal format (each octet of the PDU is given as two IRA character
long hexadecimal number) and given in one line.
