Setting Time Format +CSTF
This command sets the time format of the time information presented to the user, which is specified by use of the
parameter. The affects the time format on the phone display and does not affect the time
format of the AT command serial interface, so it not actually not used.

This command enables and disables the time zone change event reporting. If the reporting is enabled the MT
returns the unsolicited result code +CTZV: whenever the time zone is changed.
