SIM application using bit 3 of the parameter the valid
content of the is:
a) “IRA”, ”8859‐1”, ”PCCP437” charsets: “Y” or “y” (positive answer) and “N”
or “n” (negative answer)
b) UCS2 alphabet “0079” or “0059” (positive answer) and “006E” or “004E”
(negative answer)
