Read Operator Names +COPN
Execute command returns the list of operator names from the ME in the format:
+COPN: ,[
+COPN: ,[…]]
where:
n> String type, operator in numeric format. See +COPS.
n> String type, operator in long alphanumeric format. See +COPS.
Note: Each operator code that has an alphanumeric equivalent in the ME memory is
returned.
Test command returns the OK result code.
