value is always 0 for UDP connections.
Examples
Sockets 1,2,3,6 are opened with some data traffic.
For example socket 1 has 123 bytes sent, 400 bytes received, 10 byte waiting to be read and 50 bytes waiting to
be acknowledged from the remote side.
