Facility Lock/Unlock +CLCK
Execute command locks or unlocks a ME on a network facility.
Test command reports all the facilities supported by the device.

“PS” PH‐SIM (lock Phone to SIM card) MT asks password when other than current SIM
card inserted; MT may remember certain amount of previously used cards thus
not requiring password when they are inserted.
“PF” Lock Phone to the first inserted SIM card (MT asks password when other than the
first SIM card is inserted)
“SC” SIM (PIN request) (device asks SIM password at power‐up and when this lock
command issued)
“AO” BAOC (Barr All Outgoing Calls)
“OI” BOIC (Barr Outgoing International Calls)
“OX” BOIC‐exHC (Barr Outgoing International Calls except to Home Country)
“AI” BAIC (Barr All Incoming Calls)
“IR” BIC‐roam (Barr Incoming Calls when Roaming outside the home country)
