Environment Menu Selections

The Go On–Line item in the Environment menu is the gateway to online
operations, during which the CVIM2 system is enabled to perform
inspections.
When you pick Go On–Line , the system is activated for online operations,
and at least one image/tool display panel and one results display panel
appears on the screen, as shown by the example in Figure 10.15.

In this example, the image display is at the top of the screen, while the results
display is at the bottom. The positions of these panels, as well as their size,
can be configured using the
Display configuration panel, as described on
page 4–23 of Chapter 4, Inspection Configuration.
