When you pick the Operation field in the multiple gages tool edit panel, the
Sub–Gage Operation selection panel appears, as shown in Figure 7.151.

These sub–gage operations are identical to those for single gages. For details
about these operations, refer to pages 7–8 to 7–16. (Note: Since all
sub–gage operations use the gray scale gaging mode, ignore all references to
the binary gaging mode.)
When you pick the Width, Kernel field in the multiple gages tool edit panel,
the Gage Width & Kernel panel appears, as shown in Figure 7.152.
