0 - CLIR facility according to CLIR service network status
1 - CLIR facility active (CLI not sent)
2 - CLIR facility not active (CLI sent)
AT+CLIR? Read command gives the default adjustment for all outgoing calls () and
also triggers an interrogation of the provision status of the CLIR service
