+CMGD - Delete Message

Execution command deletes from memory the message(s).

Parameter:
- message index in the selected storage that can have
values form 1 to N, where N depends on the available space (see +CPMS)
- an integer indicating multiple message deletion request.
0 (or omitted) - delete message specified in
1 - delete all read messages from storage, leaving unread

messages and stored mobile originated messages (whether sent or not)
untouched

2 - delete all read messages from storage and sent mobile

originated messages, leaving unread messages and unsent mobile
originated messages untouched

3 - delete all read messages from storage, sent and unsent

mobile originated messages, leaving unread messages untouched

4 - delete all messages from storage.

Note: if is present and not set to 0 then is ignored and
ME shall follow the rules for shown above.

Note: if the location to be deleted is empty, an error message is reported.

Test command shows the valid memory locations and optionally the
