#NWSCANTMR - Network Scan Timer

Set command sets the Network Scan Timer that is used by the module to
schedule the next network search when it is without network coverage (no
signal).

Parameter:
- timer value in units of seconds
5 3600 - time in seconds (default 5 secs.)

AT#NWSCANTMR

Execution command reports time, in seconds, when the next scan activity
will be executed. The format is:

#NWSCANTMREXP: Note: if is zero it means that the timer is not running
