#EMAILD - E-mail Sending

It is also possible to send an e-mail on the GSM context, if it has already
been activated by AT#SGACT=0,1.
Parameters:
is assumed to be always 1, no matter what value it really is.
0 - don't attach any image
1 - attach the last snapshot taken

The device responds to the command with the prompt '>' and awaits for
the message body text.
To complete the operation send Ctrl-Z char (0x1A hex); to exit without
writing the message send ESC char (0x1B hex).
If e-mail message is successfully sent, then the response is OK.
If message sending fails for some reason, an error code is reported
Note: Care must be taken to ensure that during the command execution,
no other commands are issued.
To avoid malfunctions is suggested to wait for the OK or ERROR / +CMS
ERROR:
Note: sending an e-mail with an image attachment can take quite a long
time since it can be over 50Kb to send and can take more than 1 minute.

Test command returns the OK result code.

Note
The only difference between this command (set using GPRS context) and
the #SEMAIL is that this command does not interact with the GPRS context
status, leaving it ON or OFF according to the #EMAILACT (#SGACT)
setting, thus, when the connection made with #EMAILD is closed, the
context status is maintained.
