Parameters:
- socket connection identifier

- SRing URC mode
0 - normal mode (default):

- socket connection identifier, as before
1 - data amount mode:

- amount of data received on the socket connection
2 - data view mode:

where:

- received data; the presentation format depens on the
subparameter value
- “data view mode” presentation format
0 - data represented as text (default)
1 - data represented as sequence of hexadecimal numbers (from 00 to FF)
- TCP keepalive timer timeout

Note: <keepalive> has effect only on TCP connections.
