Parameter:
- file name, string type (max 16 chars, case sensitive).
The device shall prompt a five character sequence
(IRA 13, 10, 60, 60, 60)
followed by the file content.
Note: if the file was saved with the hidden attribute, then an
empty file is reported with the OK result code.
Note: If the file is not present an error code is reported.
