Note: TA: is reported only for the serving cell.
1. If the last setting done by #MONI is 7, the execution command
produces a table-like formatted output, as follows:
a. First row reports the identifying name of the ‘columns’

b. Second row reports a complete set of GSM-related
information for the serving cell:

c. 3 rd to 8 th rows report a reduced set of GSM-related
information for the cells in the neighbours:

AT#MONI=? Test command reports the maximum number of cells, in the neighbour of
the serving cell, from which we can extract GSM-related informations, along
with the ordinal number of the current selected cell, in the format:
#MONI: (,)
where:
- maximum number of cells, in the neighbour of the serving
cell, from which we can extract GSM-related informations (for
compatibility with previous versions of code this value is always 5).
