Execution command sends to the network a message. 
 
Parameters: 
 129 - number in national format 
 145 - number in international format (contains the "+") 
 
After command line is terminated with 
four character sequence prompt: 
 
After this prompt text can be entered; the entered text should be formatted 
as follows: 
 
- if current 
used and current 
Data-Header-Indication is not set, then ME/TA converts the entered text 
into GSM alphabet, according to GSM 07.05, Annex A; backspace can be 
used to delete last character and carriage returns can be used. 
- if current 
scheme is used or current 
TP-User-Data-Header-Indication is set, the entered text should consist of 
two IRA character long hexadecimal numbers which ME/TA converts into 
8-bit octet (e.g. the ‘asterisk’ will be entered as 2A (IRA50 and IRA65) 
and this will be converted to an octet with integer value 0x2A) 
 
Note: the DCD signal shall be in ON state while text is entered. 
 
Note: the echoing of entered characters back from the TA is controlled by 
echo command E 
 
To send the message issue Ctrl-Z char (0x1A hex). 
To exit without sending the message issue ESC char (0x1B hex). 
 
If message is successfully sent to the network, then the result is sent in the 
format:

Note: if message sending fails for some reason, an error code is reported. 
 
Note: care must be taken to ensure that during the command execution, 
which may take several seconds, no other SIM interacting commands are
